Kobby Benyin
Trained to be human when engaging humans to discuss, learn from, and resolve human challenges
Respectful Curiosity is the practice
Kobby believes that to truly understand the human situation, you have to be willing to ask the uncomfortable questions—and humble enough to honor the answers. This is the art of Respectful Curiosity.
It means digging beneath the surface of our everyday interactions to uncover the invisible rules governing how we work, love, and connect. Curiosity pulls back the curtain on our deepest workplace anxieties and relationship hurdles; respect ensures we treat those vulnerabilities with dignity, not judgment.
Through stories, observations, and reflection, the work explores the tensions that shape everyday life: love and loneliness, ambition and insecurity, faith and doubt, success and regret. The goal is not to provide easy answers, but to pay close attention to what it means to be human.
This isn't just a writing style—it is a practice. It’s about entering every room, every boardroom, and every relationship as a student of human nature. By looking at our shared struggles through a lens of empathy and sharp insight, we don't just find answers. We find the confidence to navigate the world as we are.
